Middle Eastern Gods refer to the belief system and religious order of the part of the world that is known today as the Middle East comprising of the GCC countries along the Arabian Gulf and parts of Central Asia. These religions date back to the pre Islamic period where idol worship and polytheism were the norm.

With the growth and spread of Islam in the past thousand odd years almost all of these religions and indigenous gods have been completely wiped out and the mere practice of worshipping another god or an idol is considered sacrilege and in many parts of the Middle East, punishable by death. These former religions and gods of the area have all but died out completely within the region and have almost zero followers.

Revival of these religions or belief systems is practically impossible with none of the governments in place showing any interest in reviving anything that goes against Islam and its strict rules.
