Mediterranean Animals
Mediterranean animals refer to the list of fantastical animals that are a part of the Greek and Roman mythologies and the stories that revolve around the characters. Greek and Roman mythologies have a lot in common and the various animals are also similar with different names but similar attributes and storylines.
These animals tend to be highly humanised and a very thin line exists between animals and hybrids as most animals tend to display characteristics that mimic the behaviour of either humans or other animals. They all have a definite role in moving the myths forward and can either be positive or negative in nature.
